How to use
How to use Lady Jayne TANGLEPRO™ Detangling Brush:
- Start by washing and conditioning your hair as usual.
- Use a towel to gently pat your hair dry, removing excess water.
- Separate your hair into sections, starting from the bottom and working your way up.
- Hold the brush at a 45-degree angle and gently brush through each section, starting at the ends and working your way up to the roots.
- If you encounter a knot or tangle, hold the hair above the knot with one hand and use the brush to gently work through the tangle with the other hand.
- Repeat this process for each section of your hair until it is completely detangled.
- Once you have finished brushing, style your hair as desired.
- After each use, clean the brush by removing any hair or debris and washing it with warm water and mild soap. Allow it to air dry before using it again.

- We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Tracking & Notifications
Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation immediately, your order is still being processed and will arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations
