Product Overview
- 3 Million High Definition & 5x Optical Zoom & Preset Patrol Function: Equipped with a 3 megapixel Sony CMOS sensor for high definition image quality, clear video and wide angle shooting. Equipped with a 5x optical zoom (2.8-14mm) feature, it can be automatically rotated at a 355° horizontal or 90° vertical angle to monitor 360° without any blind spots, enlarge the subjects from far distances with a zoom function for clear viewing. This PoE surveillance camera has auto focus (AF). In addition, you can set the monitoring range and preset routines. Auto-Cruise feature allows you to set up preset positions (up to 128 locations) and automatically cruise along the set trajectory
- AI Human Body Detection, Motion Detection, Two-Way Voice Calling: This outdoor security camera is equipped with various detection functions. Motion detection mode responds to all moving objects AI human body detection mode only responds to people. The warning will not react when trees, leaves, animals, and cars are moving. Effectively reduce false alarms. In addition, when a suspicious person or suspicious person approaches you, the camera automatically tracks and continues to capture the footage, and sends an alert to your smartphone and email at the same time. - Supports NVR Recorder & Multiple Smartphone Apps: Supports ONVIF discussion, and supports Hikvision/DAHUA private protocols. You can also link it to a third-party NVR that supports ONVIF protocol. After an upgrade, the permissions of this surveillance camera are controlled by the parent unit (surveillance camera system) (it cannot be eliminated the possibility of other NVRs). You can rely on network communication to remote monitor and control cameras such as smartphones, computers, tablets, and more
- Metal Aluminum Alloy Material & Lifetime Technical Support: PoE power supply is available: PoE camera can be powered directly via a net cable. The surveillance camera is made of high-quality aluminum alloy metal, with high impact resistance and IP66 dustproof and waterproof, so you can use it safely outdoors. In the event of a "initial failure" or "natural failure", the security camera can be returned or replaced within 30 days. We also include inquiry and technical support for a lifetime. - We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Carriers
We primarily use USPS and UPS for U.S. deliveries. Items shipped from international warehouses may be handled by partner carriers depending on the country of origin.
Import Duties & Taxes

Tracking & Notifications
Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation immediately, your order is still being processed and will arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they ship. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may request a return after the item is delivered.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
- In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.
