Coffee Grinder Instructions: A. Bean hopper B. Bean hopper lid C. Appliance body D. Switch (ON/OFF) E. Removable upper mill F. Ground coffee holder G. Ground coffee holder lid H. Grind setting · The coffee's aroma depends on the quality of the grind. · Generally, the faster the brewing method, the finer the grind should be. · Thus, espresso requires a finer grind than filter coffee. · Using espresso-grade finely ground coffee for filter coffee will result in a bitter taste. · Conversely, using a coarser grind for espresso will yield weak coffee. · After selecting the appropriate grind fineness for your coffee maker, you can increase the amount of coffee grounds to intensify flavor without added bitterness. Cleaning Instructions: · Clean the ground coffee holder, its lid, and the bean hopper lid with warm, soapy water. · Wipe the interior of the bean hopper with a damp cloth. · Never immerse the appliance body in water or rinse it under running water. · Thoroughly dry all components before reassembling. Operational Steps: 1.Properly install the ground coffee holder and its lid in their designated positions, ensuring the assembly is correctly positioned in the appliance body (C). 2.Remove the lid and fill the bean hopper with coffee beans. Replace the bean hopper lid, ensuring it is securely in place (B-2-3). 3.Set the desired quantity of ground coffee by adjusting the number of cups selector (H-4). 4.Adjust the grind setting selector to set the desired ground coffee fineness (I-5; see Practical Hints). 5.Plug in the appliance. 6.Press the ON/OFF switch (D) to start grinding. 7.The appliance will automatically stop once the selected quantity has been ground. 8.To stop the appliance earlier, press the ON/OFF switch. 9.Remove the ground coffee holder, tap it gently, remove the lid, and pour the ground coffee directly into your coffee maker's filter or use a measuring spoon to fill an espresso coffee maker (F-7). 10.For additional ground coffee, repeat the process by pressing the ON/OFF switch again. Make sure the coffee grounds do not exceed the "max" level on the ground coffee holder. Your selected settings will be saved between uses.

Carriers

We primarily use USPS and UPS for U.S. deliveries. Items shipped from international warehouses may be handled by partner carriers depending on the country of origin.


Import Duties & Taxes

All import duties and taxes for goods imported into the United States are included in the product price. There are no hidden fees or additional charges at checkout.


Tracking & Notifications

Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation immediately, your order is still being processed and will arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they ship. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may request a return after the item is delivered.

If your tracking number shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

If your package arrives damaged or fails to arrive, please contact us immediately. For deliveries to P.O. boxes, ibspot is not responsible for damage caused by weather, temperature, or theft.

Order Cancellation Policy

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.
  • Mail-in returns using our prepaid label are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.

  • An additional 3–10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
