1. Cut the size you need with scissors, slowly peel off the blue release paper and stick it close to your skin.
2. Take some time on the white release paper and apply it to your skin and gently peel it off.
3. Apply a damp sponge on the top of the tape and gently pat it to seal it.
4. You can apply makeup over the tape but do not rub too hard
Please thoroughly wipe off moisture and oil on the part that you are applying to.
You can even stack them together.
Once removed the tape cannot be reused.

For those who want a lift-up effect, be sure to do blood flow massage, refer to the image diagram above and find the effect points.
In the picture we have not peeled off the white backing so you can see where you put it on, but actually peel the white backing from one sheet to another.
