This versatile all-purpose soup base makes preparing authentic Japanese dishes easy. Just dilute with water and you’re ready to go—perfect flavor every time.
Ideal for:
Tempura dipping sauce
Oyako-don (chicken and egg rice bowl)
Nikujaga (simmered meat and potatoes)
Seasoned rice dishes, simmered dishes, and more
Made with plenty of bonito flakes (from Kagoshima) and shiitake mushrooms, blended into a light soy sauce base with generous honey for natural sweetness.
You can use it straight or dilute with water depending on your recipe and desired flavor strength.

Soy sauce (domestically produced), sweeteners (sugar, high-fructose corn syrup), honey, fermented rice seasoning, dried bonito flakes, shiitake mushrooms, seasonings (amino acids, etc.)

Tracking & Notifications
Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation immediately, your order is still being processed and will arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations
