CARD FEATURES
- Fully Customizable – Each ID contains the animal and handler information provided during registration. Registration is included, and no purchase is necessary.
- Clip-On ID Carrier – A rugged vertical ID badge holder, made of heavy-duty PVC and offers clear vinyl visibility to both sides of the Portrait ID badge, protecting it from everyday elements is supplied with each Portrait formatted ID. Perfect to attach to a dog's collar, vest's and harness D-ring, carrier, key chain, pocket loop, or bag . (only available with full sized ID's)
- 30 Mil PVC Card – The full sized ID card is the same size (2-1/8″ x 3-3/8″ or 54 mm x 86 mm) and thickness (.03”) of a standard credit card. The cards are extremely flexible and will not break under rigorous use. The set of 3 smaller key tags are the size of most reward cards. (2-1/8" x 1-18")
- High Definition Printing – Image & text are imprinted into the surface of the PVC card (sublimated) won’t delaminate over time! We use the latest high definition ID card printers.

SUBMITTING THE PERFECT ANIMAL PHOTO
You do not need a professional photographer’s photo of your animal, but we have a few tips to help you provide the ideal picture for your animals' ID. We all know how hard it is to take the perfect picture of your pups. They never want to look at the camera or your device, unless you take the time to get their attention.

NO CLOSE UPS PLEASEGet the Animal used to the Camera – The click of the camera or the sudden flash can rattle an animal. Take several photos and let them get used to what you are doing. The idea is to keep things relaxed and natural. Get down on the floor – You want to be at the dog's level for the best photos. Standing and looking down makes a poor ID photo. Lighting – Make sure that there is adequate light on the face of your dog, so some of the details of their fur can be seen. | NO BUSY BACKGROUNDSBackgrounds – Look at the area you are taking the animals photo in and remove unwanted objects. The ideal photos are where the entire background is the same, like a painted wall, a large carpeted area, a white sandy beach or green grass makes your animal stand out. - We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days, depending on product availability.

Carriers
We primarily use USPS and UPS for U.S. deliveries. Items shipped from international warehouses may be handled by partner carriers depending on the country of origin.
Import Duties & Taxes
All import duties and taxes for goods imported into the United States are included in the product price. There are no hidden fees or additional charges at checkout.
Tracking & Notifications
Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation immediately, your order is still being processed and will arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they ship. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may request a return after the item is delivered.

Order Cancellation Policy

How to Return an Item

If a return is sent back without prior contact or without our provided label, we cannot be held responsible for return shipping costs.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
- In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.
- Mail-in returns using our prepaid label are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.
Please allow:
- 5–7 business days for the return to reach our Returns Center.
- An additional 3–10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
