Our Service Animal ID cards have been meticulously designed to contain all the necessary information essential to your daily activities with your service animal. All the elements illustrated on this card is the result of many years of user feedback and social listening. We have taken the time and effort to collaborate with previous customers and service dog professionals in the designing and planning of this product. All of this is to ensure that our customer's needs are addressed.

Avoid any possible hassle by always keeping a service dog identification on hand for general peace of mind. In our selection of service dog equipment, you’ll find a wide assortment of animal and handler ID options to make statuses more evident. We also have a full selection of Service Animal harnesses, vest, leashes, collars, and other related service animal products

CARD FEATURES

  • Fully Customizable – Each ID contains the animal and handler information provided during registration. Registration is included, and no purchase is necessary.
  • Clip-On ID Carrier – A rugged vertical ID badge holder, made of heavy-duty PVC and offers clear vinyl visibility to both sides of the Portrait ID badge, protecting it from everyday elements is supplied with each Portrait formatted ID. Perfect to attach to a dog's collar, vest's and harness D-ring, carrier, key chain, pocket loop, or bag . (only available with full sized ID's)
  • 30 Mil PVC Card – The full sized ID card is the same size (2-1/8″ x 3-3/8″ or 54 mm x 86 mm) and thickness (.03”) of a standard credit card. The cards are extremely flexible and will not break under rigorous use. The set of 3 smaller key tags are the size of most reward cards. (2-1/8" x 1-18")
  • High Definition Printing Image & text are imprinted into the surface of the PVC card (sublimated) won’t delaminate over time! We use the latest high definition ID card printers.
  • Full Color Each card is printed in full color on the front side and Black and White on the reverse side, as shown in the product photos.
  • High-Quality Materials Each ID card is made from composite PVC plastic, is the same size and have the same durability as a typical bank-issued credit card. They are completely waterproof and will not delaminate over time.
  • Made in the USA – Our ID Cards are USA manufactured in Florida by fellow Working Animal Handlers, just like you. We are available to assist you with the information needed and the products you require for your animal.

  • Customizable Fields If you wish to provide something different on one of the 4 optional fields, you can give this information to us in the comment section of your registration. Note, for example: Replace number field with Microchip Number: 12345678.
  • Security Seal – The Registry Seal is applied in full color with 600 DPI imaging in the lower right-hand corner as a security seal or digital certificate, authenticating the IDs are genuine.

BACK OF ID CARD INCLUDES:

  • UNITED STATES FEDERAL LAW The reverse side of the card defines the ADA (American with Disabilities Act) information on the back of the ID for Service Animals This information addresses the handlers' and Working Animals' rights.
  • Verified Registration – Your animals’ name and registration address are spelled out for individuals that wish to verify the registration.
  • American's with Disabilities Law– A number is provided, allowing any individual needing further information about your Animals' rights to reach out and receive more detailed information from this Federal Agency.

Processing Time

  • We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days, depending on product availability.
  • Processing time does not include delivery time, which varies based on your location and the product’s shipping origin.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Products may ship from:

  • Our U.S. warehouses, or
  • Our international fulfillment centers (including Korea, Japan, China, Australia, Mexico, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the EU).

We offer free standard shipping on select products or during promotional periods. Availability of free shipping will be displayed on the product page and at checkout. 


Carriers

We primarily use USPS and UPS for U.S. deliveries. Items shipped from international warehouses may be handled by partner carriers depending on the country of origin.


Import Duties & Taxes

All import duties and taxes for goods imported into the United States are included in the product price. There are no hidden fees or additional charges at checkout.


Tracking & Notifications

Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation immediately, your order is still being processed and will arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they ship. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may request a return after the item is delivered.

If your tracking number shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

  1. Check with your local USPS or UPS office.
  2. Confirm that the shipping address provided was correct.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your package arrives damaged or fails to arrive, please contact us immediately. For deliveries to P.O. boxes, ibspot is not responsible for damage caused by weather, temperature, or theft.

Order Cancellation Policy

Customers may request to cancel an order before it has been shipped.
Once the package has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible; however, you may still request a return after receiving your order.

We accept returns for most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to Return an Item

Our team will provide you with return instructions and a prepaid return label.


Shipping Cost for Returns

We will provide a free return shipping label.

If a return is sent back without prior contact or without our provided label, we cannot be held responsible for return shipping costs.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if shipped independently.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.
  • Mail-in returns using our prepaid label are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.

Please allow:

  • 5–7 business days for the return to reach our Returns Center.
  • An additional 3–10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.

Damages, Issues & Claims

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away at support@ibspot.com.
