This medicine contains Selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
Do not use if breastfeeding, pregnant or likely to become pregnant.
Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight.
Do not use if tamper evident seals are broken or missing.

Directions
Adults, take 1 tablet with water once daily, in the morning with breakfast, or as directed by your health professional. Do not exceed a maximum of 2 tablets per day.
