This product contains precision components. It must not be violently hit or beat during transportation or installation. Otherwise, the detector may not work.
This product is a carbon monoxide detector and cannot be used to detect combustible gases (gas, natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, etc.).
This product requires regular maintenance. Remove the dust on the surface of the detector once a month, keep the air intake hole unblocked, and ask the professional to test it once every six months. If it is found to be invalid, it must be repaired or replaced as soon as possible.
Do not wipe the detector with detergent or solvent. Chemicals may permanently damage or temporarily contaminate the sensor.
Avoid spraying air fresheners, hair sprays, paints or other aerosols near the detector.
This product can reduce the occurrence of accidents, but can not ensure foolproof. In order to protect your safety, in addition to the correct use of this product, you should also be vigilant in daily work and life to strengthen the awareness of safety precautions.
Usually the detector should be installed in the bedroom, living area, car and other places where people stay for a long time. It is recommended to install in the bedroom, corridor, basement, car and living area.
Since the gas concentration of carbon monoxide is lighter than air, the detector should be installed at 0.3-1 meters below the ceiling. Position within 1.5 meters of the gas source radius, or place the alarm on the bedroom nightstand. This alarm can also be placed in the car to detect carbon monoxide gas leakage inside the car. When the detector is installed, it is not easy to be too close to the furnace, so that the detector is not baked by the flame, nor can it be installed in the exhaust fan, where the water vapor flow between the door and window and the bathroom is large, and it cannot be installed in a place with large smoke to avoid the fumes. Blocking the air intake of the detector leads to poor access, which affects the sensitivity of the detector.
