Joy-Con repairs require costly repairs by transporting to the dealer to pay for expensive repairs if they are factory repairs. With our Joycon repair kit, you can get the most affordable DIY repairs.

Package Includes:

1 x Y-type screwdriver
+ 1 x Type Screwdriver
Tweezers x 1
1 x Spudger
Triangle opener x 1
4 x Cross Screws
4 x Y screws

Repair Tools Introduction:
Y-shaped Driver: This is the size screwdriver you need to open the joicon.
+ Type Driver: A screwdriver to loosen the triwing screw in the joicon.
Tweezers: Tweezers used to take out small parts.
Spudger: Dedicated pry opening tool to remove the battery of the Joycon.
TRIANGLE OPENER: A triangular tool to open the Joycon cover

Repair Instructions:
1. Remove all of the tools in the package and check them all by side. (If the parts are not enough, please feel free to contact us. )
2. Remove the screws on the four parts of the faulty joicon with the Y-type screwdriver.
3. After removing the screw, use the triangular opener to slowly open the joicon's cover.
4. Remove the battery inside the joicon with a spudger.
5. To remove the defective stick, use the tweezers to remove cables in two places.
6. Next, remove the two screws that hold the defective stick with a + type screwdriver.
7. Remove the defective stick and replace the new stick.
8. After replacing the new stick, we do reverse the process. (Tighten the cross screws and insert the cable. Put the battery in and tighten the Joycon cover with the Y screw. )
9. Corrects the joycon stick. After restarting the switch, tap "Controller and Sensor" on the "Settings" screen in the home menu and select "Stick Compensation". And when the cross mark overlaps, the correction is completed. " appears, the repair correction will be completed.

Note: Before disassembling or replacing the joystick, please search "Repair Instructions" and "Joicon Repair" on Youtube and refer to the professional installation video before proceeding.

Carriers

We primarily use USPS and UPS for U.S. deliveries. Items shipped from international warehouses may be handled by partner carriers depending on the country of origin.


Import Duties & Taxes

All import duties and taxes for goods imported into the United States are included in the product price. There are no hidden fees or additional charges at checkout.


Tracking & Notifications

Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation immediately, your order is still being processed and will arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they ship. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may request a return after the item is delivered.

If your tracking number shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your package arrives damaged or fails to arrive, please contact us immediately. For deliveries to P.O. boxes, ibspot is not responsible for damage caused by weather, temperature, or theft.

Order Cancellation Policy

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.
  • Mail-in returns using our prepaid label are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.

Please allow:

  • 5–7 business days for the return to reach our Returns Center.
  • An additional 3–10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
