General consumers who do not qualify for installation and replacement work is not legal
Please use incandescent lamps under 100 W per light. When the bulb is out of power, the internal components may interfere with a large current.
If you use a low dose (20 W/30 W) glow type and electronic start high-power fluorescent light (GH/EH), you may hear a rattling sound from the lighting fixture or switch. This is not an abnormal. Low power factor is recommended.
Due to the principle of operation, slight current will flow to the load even when standby. LED bulbs and some CFL lamps may cause weak light or inset light due to standby current.
Cannot be combined with dimmer or down lance.
Cannot be used with HID lamps (high intensity discharge lamps).
Cannot be used with special lighting fixtures built in electronic circuits.
(Built-in lighting fixture with delay timer, dimming function, wall switch, short on/off operation and switching on and off, remote control function)
In LED lighting, the slow start (it does not turn on immediately after detection, and it will not turn on automatically) may not be able to be used.
Fluorescent bulbs will shorten lamp life if frequently turned on/off.
(Fluorescent bulbs with glow, rapid, bulb, inverter, and compact inverter types may significantly shorten lamp life. However, fluorescent lights that can flash frequently.
Use Incandescent light where frequently turns on and off
In addition, please set the brightness sensor switch to "dark" and the operation retention time switch (longer than 15 minutes) to reduce the frequency of light on or off when using fluorescent lights.

Precautions for Installation Locations:
Do not install in the following locations:
1. Where heating and cooling equipment such as air conditioners and stoves enter the detection range
2. Close to cooking equipment such as stoves, and places under hot air and steam.
3. Location where incandescent lamps and lighting fixtures are nearby (within 1m from the fixture)
4. Location under indirect light due to reflections
5.Where swinging or moving objects are placed
(where there are effects of shadows, leaves and leaves caused by swinging curtains and curtains)
6. Locations that are exposed to direct sunlight and car headlights
Electric noise such as strong radios may enter the case may work.
Keep your wireless phone as far as possible.
If there is a shielding (include clear glass), the hidden person cannot be detected.
If you install it in high places or people still place it may not detect children or turn off the lights. Please understand the detection area and motion before determining the installation location.

We primarily use USPS and UPS for U.S. deliveries. Items shipped from international warehouses may be handled by partner carriers depending on the country of origin.


Import Duties & Taxes

All import duties and taxes for goods imported into the United States are included in the product price. There are no hidden fees or additional charges at checkout.


Tracking & Notifications

Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation immediately, your order is still being processed and will arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they ship. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may request a return after the item is delivered.

Order Cancellation Policy

Customers may request to cancel an order before it has been shipped.
Once the package has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible; however, you may still request a return after receiving your order.

We accept returns for most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to Return an Item

Shipping Cost for Returns

Please contact us before returning any item.

We may provide a return shipping label for your return. If the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong item, a damaged item, or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to the customer’s reason, such as ordering the wrong item, changing your mind, or no longer needing the item, the original shipping fee and the return label fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

If a return is sent back without prior contact or without using our provided label, we cannot be held responsible for any return shipping costs or delivery issues.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if shipped independently.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.
  • Mail-in returns using our prepaid label are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.

Please allow:

  • 5–7 business days for the return to reach our Returns Center.
  • An additional 3–10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
