Tennis elbow can be a real pain. Whether you're playing tennis, swing a golf club, typing on the keyboard, lifting weights in the gym or suffering from arthritis or tendonitis.
Medial or lateral epicondylitis acts about 1-3% of the population and has an effect on men and women alike. It is caused by repeated strain and overuse of the muscles on the elbow. This can lead to injuries to the tendons and inflammation near the bone-shaped parts on the outside (lateral epicondyle) and within the medial epicondyl.
By gently pressing on these muscles, we limit this hyperstretch, which leads to tears, making them heal and recovery, which solves less pain and the problem.

It has a single fastening strap which means it is more adjustable than ever. The pad is more targeted which means you can determine the area where over-stretching occurs. Instructions:
- To apply the bandage, rub the outside (or inside) of your elbow area to feel tenderness for any muscles.
- Slide the bandage onto your forearm and make sure that the compression pad is approx. 5-10cm just below the elbow where you feel the discomfort. (For tennis elbow, this should be placed on the outside of the forearm and on the golfer's elbow, the inside of the forearm.)
- Slide the end of the strap through the metal buckle and fold it over to fasten.
- Adjust the strap and pad until you find comfortable compression and placement.

Tracking & Notifications
