How to Make Waffle
1.Prepare
low-gulten flour 120g/4.23oz
corn starch 21g/0.74oz
butter 35g/1.23oz
eggs 2pcs
baking powder 3g/0.1oz
white suger 35g/1.23oz
pure milk 75g/2.64oz
2.step
①mix 2 eggs and sugar well.
②heat the butter block over water until it is liquid, add the egg mixture and continue to stir.
③continue to add flour, baking powder, vanilla extract and stir until there is no particles in the batter.
④ brush the oil to preheat the machine, pour an appropriate amout of batter after the prheat is completed (green light is off, and the red light is on), close the machine, and adjust the temperature the highest gear.
⑤wait a few minutes until the green light goes out and turn on the waffle machine.
⑥transfer the waffle to your plate, drizzle with honey or condensed milk or jam or chocalate sause. it will be more delicious with strawberries, blueberries or nuts.
