4 Lighting Modes of Table Night Lamp
1.Campfire: Simulate natural fire flicker flame, flameless. In campfire mode, sliding the rotary panel counter clockwise, the color will become warmer gradually (lighter yellow). Sliding the rotary panel clockwise, the color becomes dark orange gradually.
2.Color: Press to select the desired color from 9 colors.
3.Dynamic: Multicolor keep changing & moving from the bottom to the top as a cycle. Sliding the rotary panel counter clockwise will slow down the color changing and moving. Sliding the rotary panel clockwise will speed up the color changing and moving.
4.FADE: Press this button to have color changing gradually. Sliding the rotary panel counter clockwise will slow down the color changing. Sliding the rotary panel clockwise will speed up the color changing.
Rotary panel (same function as (+/-) buttons on the remote control): Sliding the rotary panel counter clockwise or clockwise to select the desired color/brightness/speed when light is ON for each mode.

Tracking & Notifications

Order Changes & Cancellations

Order Cancellation Policy

Shipping Cost for Returns
Please contact us before returning any item.
We may provide a return shipping label for your return. If the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong item, a damaged item, or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to the customer’s reason, such as ordering the wrong item, changing your mind, or no longer needing the item, the original shipping fee and the return label fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
If a return is sent back without prior contact or without using our provided label, we cannot be held responsible for any return shipping costs or delivery issues.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if shipped independently.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
- In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.
- Mail-in returns using our prepaid label are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.
