MY OLD BATH RUG WAS NOT SOFT AND COMFORTABLE, WHY IS YOUR DIFFERENT?

Good demand, this bath mat is made with chenille spinning technique, which allows you to create soft touch fabric curls that will caress your feet. The density of our carpets is much higher than most of these rugs on the market.

Is this rug the degree of absorbing water?

Yes, the rug has a thick layer of chenille fabric which absorbs water and moisture when you step out of the bath or shower and help prevent water build up on the floor.

IS IT ONLY OK IN THE BATHROOM OR CAN I USE IT IN OTHER ROOMS?

This rug is perfect for the bathroom, but is often used in many other places around the house, such as the bedroom, laundry room, children's room or any other room as you like!

WHAT ARE THE MEASUREMENTS OF THIS RUG?

You can choose between two different sizes: the smallest size is 50X80cm while the largest is 60X120cm.

Is the carpet machine washable?

YES! Our rugs are extremely practical and can be thrown in the washing machine and washed at 40 degrees. For the first few washes, we recommend washing separately and using a colour catcher.

Tracking & Notifications

Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation immediately, your order is still being processed and will arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they ship. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may request a return after the item is delivered.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.
  • Mail-in returns using our prepaid label are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.

Please allow:

  • 5–7 business days for the return to reach our Returns Center.
  • An additional 3–10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
