Παρασκευή ως Porridge :
Βάζετε σε μια κατσαρόλα 75 ml πλήρες γάλα και 75 ml νερό και αφήνετε το μείγμα να βράσει.
Προσθέτετε περίπου 6 κουταλιές της σούπας (40 g) porridge και αφήνετε να βράσει για περίπου 30 δευτερόλεπτα ανακατεύοντας παράλληλα.
Μεταφέρετε το porridge σε ένα πιάτο, αφήνετε να κρυώσει και ελέγχετε τη θερμοκρασία.
Παρασκευή χωρίς βράσιμο :
Ανακατεύετε σε ένα πιάτο 50 ml πλήρες γάλα + 50 ml νερό (κρύο ή ζεστό).
Προσθέτετε περίπου 6 κουταλιές της σούπας (40 g) porridge, ανακατεύετε και αφήνετε να διογκωθεί μέχρι να αποκτήσει την επιθυμητή ρευστότητα.

Tracking & Notifications
