Indications
Hi-Lyte's formula is perfect for use while exercising as it replaces electrolytes lost through sweating, prevents muscle cramps, and helps you recover quickly post-workout. You can also take Hi-Lyte when consuming alcoholic beverages to help keep hydrated.

Magnesium, sodium, chloride, potassium, zinc, and sulfate.
Directions
Add 1/2 teaspoon of Hi-Lyte Electrolyte Concentrate to 32oz of water. If desired, decrease the amount of water for a more concentrated mixture. Take as needed for hydration, but do not exceed 8 servings in a 24 hours period. Each 4.06 oz bottle contains 48 servings of Hi-Lyte. Depending on usage, each bottle lasts approximately 3-6 weeks.
