Product Features:
This product uses vibration massage combined with heat therapy to promote blood circulation in the knee joints, relieve muscle and joint pain. It offers multiple temperature and vibration modes to choose from, suitable for different individuals for knee massage and maintenance. With the extended strap, it can also be used for maintenance on other parts of the body.


Power Button: In standby mode, lightly tap the power button once, then tap and hold for 2 seconds to turn on the device. The default setting upon turning on is level 3 heating and level 1 vibration. It also defaults to a 15-minute timer, automatically shutting off after 15 minutes of operation. Temperature Adjustment Button: Upon turning on, the default temperature setting is level 3. Lightly tap the temperature button to adjust the heating temperature (switch between no heating, low temperature, medium temperature, and high temperature). The corresponding indicator lights up when adjusting. Vibration Mode Adjustment Button: Upon turning on, the default vibration setting is level 1. Lightly tap the vibration button to adjust the vibration mode (switch between level 1, level 2, level 3, and no vibration). The corresponding strength indicator lights up when adjusting. Instructions: 1. Before use, please make sure the massager can start normally. If it cannot start, please charge the massager with the included charging cable before use. 2. Separate the hook and loop fastener straps of the massager to fully unfold the product. 3. For knee usage: Place the massager on the knee, with the mesh fabric facing the body. Align the heating area with the knee joint and fasten the two hook and loop fastener straps. 4. For elbow usage: Place the massager on the elbow, with the mesh fabric facing the arm. Align the heating area with the elbow joint and fasten the two hook and loop fastener straps. 5. For shoulder usage: Attach the extended strap to the longer end of the hook and loop fastener straps. Fix the massager on the shoulder with the mesh fabric facing the shoulder. Align the heating area with the shoulder joint and finally fasten the two hook and loop fastener straps.

2. Patients with acute knee swelling or bleeding should consult a doctor before use.
3. Patients with suspected acute trauma induced swelling or other specific inflammations should consult a doctor before use.
4. If pain worsens after using the product, stop using it immediately.
5. Do not use if water or liquid enters the product.
6. The following conditions strictly prohibit the use of this product: patients with heart disease, high fever, abnormal blood pressure, malignant tumors, infectious diseases, during menstruation, and pregnant women. Also, patients with acute illnesses, skin diseases, impaired skin sensation, or abnormal skin conditions should not use this product.

Tracking & Notifications

Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. Order Changes & Cancellations
