Directions for Use
- Clean your teeth before use.
- Remove the device from the container, ensuring that all contents listed on the packaging are present.
- Inspect the device for tears, cracks, damage, discoloration, peeling, or any obstruction in the hollow airway tube at the end of the inner mouthpiece. If any of these are present, contact the manufacturer before use.
- Place the device in its storage container, fill the container with clean, cold water, and add a denture-cleansing tablet (such as Steradent). Soak for no longer than 3 minutes before first use.
- Thoroughly rinse both the device and the inside of the storage container with clean cold water.
- If the device is not already assembled, attach the outer piece to the inner piece. Fold the outer piece away from your mouth, then place the inner mouthpiece into your mouth with the V-shaped indentation facing upward.
- Ensure the inner mouthpiece fits snugly against your teeth and gums without excessive movement, does not cause pain or discomfort, and allows your teeth to rest on the device. Then allow the outer piece to snap back into place so it covers your mouth and cheeks.

- Have mild to moderate obstructive sleep apnea.

Tracking & Notifications
Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. Order Changes & Cancellations

Shipping Cost for Returns

We may provide a return shipping label for your return. If the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong item, a damaged item, or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to the customer’s reason, such as ordering the wrong item, changing your mind, or no longer needing the item, the original shipping fee and the return label fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
If a return is sent back without prior contact or without using our provided label, we cannot be held responsible for any return shipping costs or delivery issues.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if shipped independently.
Refund Processing
