Product features:
Protect your smile: with a mouth guard, you can effectively relieve teeth grinding and pressing, bruxism, tooth sensitivity, jaw pain, headaches and much more, so you can have a confident smile at any time!
How to use:
1. Please dip the tooth impression spoon.
2. It is suitable that the depth of the water can be completely submerged, while the handle remains outside the surface of the water, if you take it out after about 15~20 seconds, it will be soft.
3. Carefully remove the mouth guard from the hot water with a slotted spoon or tongs. Allow the mouth guard to cool for a few seconds so that it is no longer hot but still flexible.
4. After removal, place the mouth guard quickly on the upper gum and suck out the water and gas between it and the gums.
5. After 10 seconds, take it out and clean it with cold water.
6. Carefully cut off the excess material along the edge with scissors and cut off the end of the handle.
7. Clean it and put it back in the protective box.
