- The Good Plus MOKU series is made with natural wood material that is gentle to the touch. MOKU uses beach (beech) wood with excellent hardness which is often used in Scandinavian furniture. Beach (beech) is a hard, sticky material that can be processed thin and has been treated with urethane coating that conforms to the food hygiene law. [Thin enough not to feel like wood]
- Precautions for Use: Each item is handmade with natural materials, so there may be individual differences such as wood grain, color texture and warping at the bottom. ・This product has been painted to prevent mold and stains. Please be careful, as the paint peels off after use, it is easy to soak in moisture and oil and may cause mold, discoloration, or stains. Please avoid using extremely hot dishes. Please avoid using scrubbers, polish, alkaline detergents, etc. when cleaning. If it is very dirty, please dilute the neutral detergent to use. Do not leave it in water for a long time. After washing, please wipe off the water and dry thoroughly. Do not put it in direct sunlight when drying. This may cause wood to warp or crack. Do not use in dishwasher and dryer as they will damage the paint Cannot be used in oven or microwave. Please do not place near open flame or in a hot place. Store in a location with low humidity. Tracking & Notifications

Order Changes & Cancellations

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
- In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.
- Mail-in returns using our prepaid label are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.

- An additional 3–10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
