Please note:
- You should remove the IR cut filters before the CCD or CMOS sensor when using IR filters
- White balance adjustment.
- If you do not want to do any transformation on the device, you can do some post-processing after recording to achieve the IR effect.
How to use the infrared filters?
- Archaeology, military, police, medical science and detective work. Infrared filters normally leave stains and changed objects visible invisible.
- Plant vegetation and landscape photography. It looks completely different when photographed in infrared.
- Photo special effects. Infrared filters give the photo and video photographers expressive and unusual effects.
In what suitable light source should I use the infrared filters?
- IR filter can block all visible light under similar wavelengths and very sensitive to UV rays.
- 590 nm, 600 nm and 630 nm for the infrared automatic changer. The rich colours, individual white balance, the original film in general, the sky was bright red, partially brown or yellow, factory leaves, blue, light blue saturation after post-processing, the leaves yellow or golden yellow.
- 680nm for indoor and weak shade use.
- 750nm for indoor and low light use.
- 760 nm for cloudy outdoors at nightfall and brightness inside.

Tracking & Notifications
Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation immediately, your order is still being processed and will arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Shipping Cost for Returns
Please contact us before returning any item.
We may provide a return shipping label for your return. If the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong item, a damaged item, or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to the customer’s reason, such as ordering the wrong item, changing your mind, or no longer needing the item, the original shipping fee and the return label fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
If a return is sent back without prior contact or without using our provided label, we cannot be held responsible for any return shipping costs or delivery issues.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if shipped independently.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
