Alarm and Alarm Cancellation:
1. When you press the lock button, the main unit will sound "Do...Le..Mi" and enter security mode with a buzzer after 5 seconds. At this time, when you shake the main unit, the alarm will sound for 2 seconds and continue to sound for 30 seconds if it detects vibration.
2. Security mode, press the release button, the main body will ring "Mi...Le.. Do", and the security mode is exit.
3. When the alarm is ringing, press the release button to stop the alarm and stop the security mode

How to adjust the sensitivity:
Press and hold the unlock button to turn on the LED: The buzzer will sound every time you press the lock button, and the "d'emi fasolaci" is the highest level.

How to adjust the bell:
Press the bell adjustment button (⚡) to set 6 different bells. (This function cannot be used in security mode. ]

Note:
1. Power saving mode when you leave the battery out at the factory or the battery is turned out, so it is necessary to return work when using it for the first time. Remove the battery of the main unit, insert the battery into the slot for 30 seconds, and hold the door bell button, press the "Bi" ring and press the lock button, and complete the resetting work.
2. Batteries are included at first, and if you want to replace them using 3 AAA batteries (How to replace: Insert the battery into the slot → When the buzzer is short and 3 times/Power saving mode when the buzzer is ringed for a long time).

We primarily use USPS and UPS for U.S. deliveries. Items shipped from international warehouses may be handled by partner carriers depending on the country of origin.


Import Duties & Taxes

All import duties and taxes for goods imported into the United States are included in the product price. There are no hidden fees or additional charges at checkout.


Tracking & Notifications

Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation immediately, your order is still being processed and will arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they ship. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may request a return after the item is delivered.

If your tracking number shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your package arrives damaged or fails to arrive, please contact us immediately. For deliveries to P.O. boxes, ibspot is not responsible for damage caused by weather, temperature, or theft.

Order Cancellation Policy

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.
  • Mail-in returns using our prepaid label are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.
