■Application method
You can select the design and specify your name from the QR code on the application guide that you receive it.
Please be sure to enter your order number when you purchase the application guide.
As soon as the input information is confirmed, the name sticker will be shipped to the "delivery address" of the order information.
Recommendation Point 1: It has excellent elasticity, so you can put it on your clothes and wash it repeatedly.

■ Compatible materials
The material that can be used with an iron seal is a blend of 100% cotton to 50% polyester
Not for use with nylon or polyester chemical fiber products that are more than 50% polyester.
Even with the materials that are compatible, there are cases where the sticker will not adhere to the surface and may be prone to peeling.
■How to apply the sticker
Iron on medium heat beforehand.
1. Slowly peel off the seal from the backing paper.
2. Place the sticker on the top of the sticker and place the finishing sheet on the top of the surface.
Gently apply the finishing sheet to prevent the sticker from slipping.
3. Use a medium temperature iron to stop the temporary.
Use the entire iron and apply your weight and press on the sheet for about 10 to 15 seconds.
(Please adjust the amount of seconds to hold down depending on the material and the temperature of the iron. )
4. Press the corners or edges into the cloth for about 5 seconds.
(If you press it for a long time, the sticker may overheat and the print may appear on the finished sheet. )
5. Leave the finishing sheet for a while until the seal is completely cooled.
(If you remove the finishing sheet before completely cooling it down, the sticker may come off as it stays on. )
6. Make sure it is completely cooled, remove the finishing sheet and you're done.

Tracking & Notifications
Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation immediately, your order is still being processed and will arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they ship. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may request a return after the item is delivered.

Shipping Cost for Returns
Please contact us before returning any item.
We may provide a return shipping label for your return. If the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong item, a damaged item, or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to the customer’s reason, such as ordering the wrong item, changing your mind, or no longer needing the item, the original shipping fee and the return label fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
If a return is sent back without prior contact or without using our provided label, we cannot be held responsible for any return shipping costs or delivery issues.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if shipped independently.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
- In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.
- Mail-in returns using our prepaid label are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.
