1. HOW MUCH OMEGA-3 EPA+DHA DO I NEED TO CONSUME?

Your required dose depends on your current Omega-3 blood levels and diet.

Taking 1500mg/day of combined EPA+DHA in TG form has been shown* to achieve and maintain the desirable 8%-12% Omega-3 index in the blood. For example, going from 4% to 8% typically takes ~13 weeks.

We suggest testing with the Omega-3 Index home blood test by OmegaQuant and adjusting intake accordingly through food, supplements, or both. Aim for an Omega-3 Index of 8-12%.

2. WHY IN TRIGLYCERIDE (TG) FORM?

Your body absorbs more EPA and DHA from TG fish oil than from common Ethyl Ester (EE) oil*. To raise Omega-3 levels from 4% to 8%, you'd need 53% more in EE form compared to TG. TG fish oils are easily absorbed, digestible, and stay fresh longer, while EE oils require specific pancreatic enzymes for digestion and are best consumed with a high-fat meal.

Tracking & Notifications

Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. Order Changes & Cancellations

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.
