WHAT YOU NEED TO PAY ATTENTION TO:
- Please read the User Manual before using.
- If the shower head keeps falling and it doesn't securely hold on the bracket, switch the conical end to the shower head, and it will fit in the holder.
- It is strictly prohibited to set the showerhead to Power Jet or Wide Fan mode when closed and placed on the bracket. Doing so may cause the water column to hit the ceiling or lamp and cause damage when it is opened again.
- To prevent the water column in Power Jet or Wide Fan mode from injuring anyone, it is recommended that you keep the showerhead facing down when turning on the water valve switch and then adjusting the modes.
- Before leaving the factory, each shower head undergoes water pressure testing. It is normal for the showerhead to have a slight amount of residual moisture.

Tracking & Notifications
Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. Order Changes & Cancellations

Shipping Cost for Returns

If the return is due to the customer’s reason, such as ordering the wrong item, changing your mind, or no longer needing the item, the original shipping fee and the return label fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
If a return is sent back without prior contact or without using our provided label, we cannot be held responsible for any return shipping costs or delivery issues.

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if shipped independently.
Refund Processing
