Precautions for Use:
1. When copying between hard disks without a PC, please move the data in the destination hard disk to another storage before copying it. All data on the hard drive is deleted and cannot be restored. 2. When copying between hard disks and not using a computer, always be sure to do a flat surface. The connector may be unplugged during operation and may cause data loss. 3. Please connect the hard disk to the copy of the hard disk that is larger than the same capacity as the original hard disk. If the copy is smaller than the source of the copy, the copy will not start to be copied.

Tracking & Notifications

Order Cancellation Policy

Shipping Cost for Returns

We may provide a return shipping label for your return. If the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong item, a damaged item, or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to the customer’s reason, such as ordering the wrong item, changing your mind, or no longer needing the item, the original shipping fee and the return label fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
If a return is sent back without prior contact or without using our provided label, we cannot be held responsible for any return shipping costs or delivery issues.

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if shipped independently.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
