This pizza stone is made of cordierite, which is stronger than ceramic stone and heats very evenly, and can withstand temperatures up to 1,400 degrees Fahrenheit without cracking. Usage method:
①Preheat pizza stone in oven or grill to 500 ° F (260 ° C).
