Low Viscosity, Strong Fluidity: The resin has good fluidity, allowing it to quickly flow back and solidify, reducing the de-molding force after resin curing and effectively improving the success rate of model printing. The low viscosity also makes it easier for the printing equipment to handle, reducing equipment wear and maintenance costs while simplifying the post-processing.
High Precision, Low Shrinkage Rate: The printed models have high precision, smooth surfaces, and clear, three-dimensional details. The shrinkage rate is low.
High Success Rate: The resin can print small-sized models with rich details, and the models have good adhesion, making them less likely to fall off the build plate during the printing process.
Fast Curing: The resin ensures the performance and detail of the printed models while improving the printing speed, shortening the curing time, and maximizing the printing efficiency of the LCD machine.
Liquid Anti-Layering: Whether the resin is being printed or static, the liquid surface does not easily develop layering, reducing the need for manual stirring of the liquid and ensuring the consistency of the color on the surface of the printed model.
