Safe Use Instructions:
Please fully charge the product before first use. Do not use the device while charging.
If the charging cable is damaged, replace it immediately and do not use it further to avoid danger.
Charging time is approx. 3 hours.
Remove glasses, contact lenses as well as metal accessories such as necklaces, earrings or watches before use.
Test the device on a small area of skin before first use. If you have allergic reactions, please do not use it.
Always start with the lowest intensity level when using for the first time. If you feel discomfort or unusual sensations during use, stop using immediately.
The device will automatically shut off after 15 minutes of inactivity to protect it. Please note that the product is not waterproof - avoid contact with water, rain or moisture.
If you use the device with skin care products, be careful not to use products with high alcohol content.
Do not use the device near open flames or explosive substances.

Tracking & Notifications
Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation immediately, your order is still being processed and will arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations
