Product Overview
- Function and compatibility: Existing home emergency call systems and nursing call sets from Eldat can be extended and combined with additional wireless receivers and radio transmitters from Eldat In order for a radio receiver to respond to the radio call of a transmitter, the respective transmitter must be paired (trained) once with the receiver. Note: All details of each product can be found below in the respective product description.
- Wireless receiver: there are two types of radio receiver. RCP04 and RCP24 are receivers without acknowledgement function. RCP09 and RCP25 are receivers with acknowledgement function. Receipt function means that every radio call must be confirmed (canceled) at the receiver. For receivers with acknowledgement function, an additional acknowledgement transmitter RT21 allows the receiver to be switched off from a distance. Up to 32 radio transmitters can be taught into one radio receiver.
- Wireless transmitter: the range of the compatible wireless transmitters is up to 30 metres in the house and approx. 100 metres in the open field. The transmitters compatible with the above radio receivers are: the bracelet transmitter RT26, the collar transmitter RT27, the stationary push button transmitter RT28, the Eldat compatible sensor mat, the sensor button RTS05, the bell extension transmitter RTS17 and the acknowledgement transmitter (Q transmitter) RT21.
- Socket Repeater: With the repeater, you can double the range of a Eldat radio transmitter with good placement. For this purpose, it is enough to place the repeater halfway (i.e. plug into a socket). Only if several repeaters are required for long radio distances it makes sense to pair the respective radio transmitters with the repeaters to prevent the radio signals from rocking.
- Accessories: the batteries in the above radio transmitters usually last approx. 2 years. They can be changed by yourself. For the radio transmitters RT26, RT27 and RT28, a special housing key is required which is included in the battery replacement set. For the RT26, a replacement strap is available for the RT27, a replacement collar with predetermined breaking point and a replacement transmitter holder for the RT28.

Eldat RT27: collar transmitter for home emergency call systems and care call sets.
Note:
- Reliable "help at the touch of a button" (through walls and across floors).
- A short press on the alarm button on the transmitter can alert a person.
- The transmitter is lightweight and comfortable to wear. It does not need to be removed even when showering and washing (protection class IP65).
- The collar has a predetermined breaking point to prevent strangulation.
- The range of the transmitter is up to 30 metres in the house and approx. 100 metres in the open field.
- The transmitter collar can be replaced if worn (see ELDAT RT27 replacement collar for collar transmitter).
- The battery in the transmitter lasts 2 years and more. It can be changed by yourself (to open the transmitter lid, a special housing key is required, which is included in the battery replacement kit).
- Eldat products are German craftsmanship and have proven themselves for many years due to their reliability in home care.
Note:
- In order for the transmitter to work, it must be taught (paired) once into the desired radio receiver from Eldat
- The RT27 collar transmitter is compatible with the following ELDAT radio receivers: RCP04, RCP09, RCP24 and RCP25.

We primarily use USPS and UPS for U.S. deliveries. Items shipped from international warehouses may be handled by partner carriers depending on the country of origin.
Import Duties & Taxes
All import duties and taxes for goods imported into the United States are included in the product price. There are no hidden fees or additional charges at checkout.
Tracking & Notifications
Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation immediately, your order is still being processed and will arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they ship. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may request a return after the item is delivered.

Order Cancellation Policy

How to Return an Item

If a return is sent back without prior contact or without our provided label, we cannot be held responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
- In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.
- Mail-in returns using our prepaid label are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.
Please allow:
- 5–7 business days for the return to reach our Returns Center.
- An additional 3–10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
