Dragon Well is distinguished by its beautiful shape, emerald color, scented smell and tending sweet floral character. - In the People's Republic of China, mist and fog often compensate of insufficient rainfall, at the same time cloaking the gardens in secrecy. Here tea is produced according to ancient time-tested methods and workers perform all tasks by hand, just like their ancestors. The tea leaves that become Dragonwell (a.k.a. Lung Ching) are plucked before the Clear Light Festival or at the least before the spring rains have fallen. The choicest come from a part of the mountain called Lion's Peak where plucking takes place before each tender shoot has more than one leaf. - Legend has it that in 250 AD, a Taoist monk affirmed that there must be a dragon l - Full bodied with a slight heady bouquet; Good green tea flavor with a bright green infusion - Hot tea brewing method: When preparing by the cup, this tea can be used repeatedly - about 3 times. The secret is to use water that is about 180 degrees farenheit or 80 degrees celsius. Place 1 tea bag in your cup, let the tea steep for about 3 minutes and then begin enjoying a cup of enchantment - do not remove the bag from the cup. Once the water level is low - add more water, and so on and so on - until the flavor of the tea is exhausted. - Alternatively as with all top quality teas, place 2-4 tea bags into the teapot, pour in boiling water that has been freshly drawn (previously boiled water has lost most of its oxygen and therefore tends to be flat tasting), steep for 2-4 minutes (to taste), stir, pour into your cup but do not add milk

We primarily use USPS and UPS for U.S. deliveries. Items shipped from international warehouses may be handled by partner carriers depending on the country of origin.
Import Duties & Taxes
All import duties and taxes for goods imported into the United States are included in the product price. There are no hidden fees or additional charges at checkout.
Tracking & Notifications
Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation immediately, your order is still being processed and will arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they ship. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may request a return after the item is delivered.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
- In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.
- Mail-in returns using our prepaid label are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.
Please allow:
- 5–7 business days for the return to reach our Returns Center.
- An additional 3–10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
