1,When installing carbon fiber mtb handlebars ,please do make sure the diameter of stem must be the same as that of our 31.8mm handlebar.
2.Follow the specified tightening torque (4Nm), Max Torque Clamping to Bar:5Nm, Torque specs for all bolts is 3-5 Nm.
3.Please use torque wrench to install, Normal installation will have a slight dent in the locking position, this is normal and does not affect the strength(Over torque may lead to rupture damage, can not be used normally, with the non-slip agent normal 3.5Nm can be locked, the role of the non-slip agent is not necessary to over lock can be safely fastened)
4.You can put carbon fiber assembly paste on 31.8 bars to ensure a tight fit with little chance of slipping and torque to 5Nm equally in a cross pattern, be careful not to overtighten your fittings.
