Notice
1. The signal line for counting and clearing input should be as short as possible to avoid wiring with strong electricity or power lines to avoid unnecessary interference; if necessary, please use shielded lines, and the shielding layer is connected to the counting terminal +.
2. Only the contact signal without voltage can be input for the counting signal and the reset signal, and no other electrical signals can be input.
3. The sensing distance is related to the magnetic size of the magnet. You can change the sensing distance by changing different magnets.
4. The use temperature of the magnet cannot exceed 70 degrees Celsius. If the temperature is too high, the magnetism will disappear and the induction will fail.
5. When the screen display is blurred, please replace the new battery; when not in use for a long time, please press to pause or switch the machine to turn off the counter and auxiliary battery; you can also take out the battery together to prevent the battery from deteriorating and leaking and damaging the counter.
6. Use an ordinary AA battery, never connect an external power supply (external power supply will damage the counter); the power consumption of the counter is ultra low, so it is not necessary to press the pause or switch to turn off the counter every day to save power.
7. If the counter is abnormal, it can be restarted. Method: Take out the battery, install the battery in the opposite direction, then take out the battery, and then install the battery in the standard direction.

Tracking & Notifications
Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation immediately, your order is still being processed and will arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations
