The material is a high quality, dense and durable cast stone (concrete), using the finest cements, a specialized aggregate and strengthening agents. It is a the type of product where you can actually feel the immense quality. This is NOT "faux-stone" or "resin-stone" or "light weight-stone" this is the real deal. Designer Stone incorporates small batch technique which allows Designer Stone to consistently produce solid stone artwork with detail and strength where other manufacturers cannot. The coloring is achieved by integrating it directly into the mix and is therefore all the way through the product, making it blemish resistant. It cannot peel, bubble or fade as topical application will. Designer Stone products are sealed with an industrial strength water repelling protective sealant and thereby are outdoor safe. SHIPPING: All products are professionally packaged in "stress free, easy to open" double wall corrugated cardboard box with spray molding foam. Your order will arrive snug and safe. Packages ship UPS ground to 48 states. Expedited shipping is available.

We primarily use USPS and UPS for U.S. deliveries. Items shipped from international warehouses may be handled by partner carriers depending on the country of origin.
Import Duties & Taxes
All import duties and taxes for goods imported into the United States are included in the product price. There are no hidden fees or additional charges at checkout.
Tracking & Notifications
Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation immediately, your order is still being processed and will arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they ship. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may request a return after the item is delivered.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
