At a 8" x 10 3/4" size, these small sheets are ideal for cookies, pastries, bagels, muffins, candies, hamburger sliders, sandwiches, doughnuts or cheeses. They are thinner than traditional wax paper, making it easier to wrap perfectly around a variety of shapes. Compared to precut parchment paper, deli sheets are made of a high-quality HDPE resin. Deli sheets are particularly useful for bakeries and bagel shops, enabling customers to pick up their food in a sanitary, disposable manner.
