Easy to use:
1. Place this cutter on a smooth, horizontal work surface, press down the cutter handle and turn the suction foot liver towards you. Make sure the liver of the suction base is at rest.
2. Align the corresponding pressure grille on the stainless steel plate and turn the knob to the left to lock it.
3. Cut one end of the potato to easily balance it on the chopping board.
4. Place a potato in the main compartment, press down the lever/handle, and you will get your perfectly shaped sticks.

How to replace the blade:
Turn the knob in the right direction, then insert the new blade, after taking out the old blade, turn the knob to fix it.
