CERBERUS Strongman Grip Shorts are designed to provide you with GRIP when it counts! The main benefit of having grip on your shorts is at the bottom of your Log Clean or once you have lapped the atlas stone the object will not move. This allows you to generate more power/force in your triple extension making your Log Clean or Stone Load more efficient.
Our Strongman Grip Shorts also have internal grip sections on both the waistband and around the inside of the thighs. This means no movement in your shorts - they cannot slip or move while being pulled under heavy loads allowing you to put 100% effort into your lift. In addition, with the added benefits of the shape, cut and material of our shorts, you will receive some mechanical advantage in movements involving your lower body for a welcome performance boost. These shorts are for serious athletes who demand the best quality and performance from their gear!
These Strongman Grip Shorts are made from the same 2.5mm as our best-selling Strongman Neoprene Shorts. This gives you the same warmth and helps to prevent injuries, strains and inflammations in the groin, hips, upper legs and lumbar region. They also provide compression to your upper legs, hips, groin and glutes to improve your athletic performance as well as aid recovery.
CERBERUS Strongman Grip Shorts are hard-wearing with reinforced stitching and a heavy-duty waistband and an ultra durable grip print so they can handle whatever you throw at them.

Free Shipping

Carriers
We primarily use USPS and UPS for U.S. deliveries. Items shipped from international warehouses may be handled by partner carriers depending on the country of origin.
Import Duties & Taxes
All import duties and taxes for goods imported into the United States are included in the product price. There are no hidden fees or additional charges at checkout.
Tracking & Notifications
Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation immediately, your order is still being processed and will arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they ship. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may request a return after the item is delivered.

If your tracking number shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

Order Cancellation Policy

How to Return an Item

If a return is sent back without prior contact or without our provided label, we cannot be held responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
- In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.
- Mail-in returns using our prepaid label are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.
