Directions for use:
Adults take 1 tablet daily with food or advised by your health professional.
Warnings

Zinc may be dangerous when used in large amounts or for long periods of time.
This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150mcg of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
Phenylketonurics - this product contains phenylalanine
Vitamin and/or mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
Not recommended for use by children under 18 years.
