Indications
IMPORTANT! Each full daily dose provides 4000mg of vitamin C in a highly absorbable form. The most common side effects of high dose vitamin C in sensitive people are loose stools, gas and bloating. If this occurs don't get discouraged, the product is working! Simply reduce your dose to 1/4 teaspoon twice daily and take with a meal until the unwanted side effects stop. As your body adjusts, you can then work your dose back up to the desired level over time.
Ingredients
Vitamin C (as l-Ascorbic Acid), Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium, Zinc. There are no other ingredients.
Directions
Use twice daily, morning and evening. Add a measured 1/2 teaspoon of C-Salts to 2oz of water in a glass. Swirl for 60 seconds or until the bubbling subsides. If desired, add more water or add to a beverage of your choice and drink up! *For optimal results, C-Salts should be taken throughout the day continuously replenishing vitamin c reserves as the body uses them.
