Product Overview
- 16 million monochrome colours + 142 running light colours + 18 music lighting effects. There are 142 built-in dynamic effects such as rainbow, flashing stars, waves, etc. Music light effects are captured in 3 ways: via the microphone of the mobile phone, the player streamer and the built-in microphone. Built-in high-sensitivity microphone to automatically adjust the lighting and colour spectrum to the ambient noise.
- Timer and group control. Group control, 5 controllers can form a group and you can create many groups. With the timer function, you can control the LED lights to automatically light up at the times, frequencies and channels you set. Up to 5 timed events can be set.
- 2 types of control: IR remote control, APP control. If you use the app control, please turn on Bluetooth first and test the connection. Also supports colour calibration, if the colour of the app does not match the colour of the LED strip, the colour can be calibrated to make it uniform.
- Only supports DC5V. USB Female Suitable for projects with less than 100 LEDs. Supports IC chip types: WS2811, WS2812B, SK6812RGB (non-RGBW), 1903, 6803, etc. (It can control WS2812B 3.2FT 30LEDs, 3.2FT 60LEDs, 3.2FT 100LEDs. It cannot control 3.2 ft 144 LEDs).
- Insufficient power supply causes the control unit to lose control, the colours of the LED strips are frozen, the remote control does not work and the Bluetooth connection is interrupted. Please note: when lighting 1 colour (red or green or blue or pure white) 0.1W/LED. 2 colors (red + green) 0.2W/LED, 3 colors (red + green + blue = mixed white) 0.3W/LED.

- We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Tracking & Notifications
Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation immediately, your order is still being processed and will arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they ship. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may request a return after the item is delivered.

How to Return an Item

If a return is sent back without prior contact or without our provided label, we cannot be held responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
- In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.
- Mail-in returns using our prepaid label are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.
