Use:
1. Wear the portable cervical traction devices correctly, and the beginner can wear them in the mirror at the beginning, adjust the neck circumference and attach the two hook loops at the front and middle.

2. Tighten the drain nut before inflating the ball.
3. Inflate with the inflatable ball until the patient feels the appropriate force and the symptoms are relieved.
4. Traction and fixation therapy should be performed at least 2-3 times a day for about 30 minutes each.
5. Loosen the drain nut after use and release the air slowly.

Note:
Try to relax the neck and slowly add air pressure to improve the traction effect.
Inflation should not be too strong in the traction treatment of vertigo and other abnormal reactions, should be slowly deflated until the symptoms disappear, and then resume use.
Before the strong traction should perform small traction for 30 minutes, resetting the traction should be done under the guidance of the doctor.
Avoid contact with hard objects when using. If the surface of the tractor has stains, the inflation bag can be cleaned with water with a soft brush after inflation.

Tracking & Notifications

Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation immediately, your order is still being processed and will arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they ship. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may request a return after the item is delivered.
