A: Yes, you can export the history data to CSV format and open it in Excel or Google Sheet.

A: Up to 100
3. Q: Why can't I receive the data in the living room when I put the sensor in the garage?
A: The sensor uses a ble 2.4G frequency to transmit the data. This signal is interrupted by hard obstacles such as walls. Please make sure the phone and sensor are at a working distance (10-15 meters without hard obstacles in between).
4. Q: Why can't I pair it in ble setting?
A: The sensor uses ble technology. You need to pair it from the app.
5. Q: How many days is the history data of the device stored?
A: 100 days.
6. Q: Can multiple users use the sensor at the same time?
A: Yes
7. Q: When I exchange a new phone, how do I get the history back?
A: The history data will be stored in the device for 100 days until you clear the data or change the battery. You can download it again when you use a new phone.

Tracking & Notifications

Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation immediately, your order is still being processed and will arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they ship. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may request a return after the item is delivered.

Order Cancellation Policy

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.
  • Mail-in returns using our prepaid label are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.

  • 5–7 business days for the return to reach our Returns Center.
  • An additional 3–10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
