Our items are all made in Europe. Sheet steel with a thickness between 1 and 3 mm is used. With the help of plasma cutting devices or a plasma arc the shapes are cut out of the sheet, then bent and welded. The rust effect is achieved by degreasing the surface and then applying alkaline or acidic liquids to etch the surface. Finally, the workpiece is exposed to increased humidity to obtain a layer of rust. At the beginning, a light orange layer settles on the workpiece, which changes to dark red, rust red with increasing duration. When using the decoration in the home, a thin layer of clear varnish can prevent the rust layer from peeling off. When used outdoors, the decorative items can be treated with Owatrol oil to prevent further rusting. If you find that the surface is slightly scratched and the rust has peeled off when you receive the item, please simply place it outdoors for several days and/or nights. The natural humidity helps your item to create a new layer of rust. Spray your decorative item with edible vinegar, so this can also accelerate rust formation. You can do the same if you do not like the current colour of the rust. We would also like to point out that there may be dirt on clothing and skin. By washing hands and cleaning the clothes at approx. 30 degrees, they will be clean again. If you have a patio made of natural stones, please keep in mind that our items may stain on the surface in rain and high humidity (dew). These rust stains are difficult or impossible to remove. If necessary, please use a separate pad to avoid these stains.

Carriers

We primarily use USPS and UPS for U.S. deliveries. Items shipped from international warehouses may be handled by partner carriers depending on the country of origin.

Import Duties & Taxes

All import duties and taxes for goods imported into the United States are included in the product price. There are no hidden fees or additional charges at checkout.

Tracking & Notifications

Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation immediately, your order is still being processed and will arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they ship. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may request a return after the item is delivered.

If your tracking number shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

Order Cancellation Policy

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.
  • Mail-in returns using our prepaid label are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.

  • An additional 3–10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
