How To Use Spikey Balls For Specific Conditions

- Place the spikey ball(s) under your foot immediately under the mid arch.
- Begin to roll the ball back and forth from one end of your foot to the other.
- Apply increased pressure for deeper massage.
- Position the ball immediately at the base of your big toe and begin to roll the ball in rotations around the area.
- Position the ball across the heel and massage the area in circular rotations.
Shoulder Release
- Stand upright with your upper back against a wall. Place the spikey ball between your upper back and the wall. If you purchased a quality ball with vibration capacity and a belt strap it will be easier to get the balls into the perfect position and more effective with vibration. Push your body against the wall and begin to roll over the ball(s). Move with gentle circular motions to gradually relax the trigger points and reduce pain.
