The ABS plastic casing of the retractable leash is durable and weatherproof. The uniform matte surface gives it a pleasant feel. The ergonomically shaped and non-slip soft handle supports comfortable use.
The function button enables simple one-hand operation of the integrated braking system. Actions such as immediate stop and permanent stop can be carried out easily.
The automatic retraction mechanism in combination with the optimized belt outlet results in a clean retraction and unwinding of the leash. This prevents it from sagging and dragging across the floor. In addition, the belt outlet prevents the leash from snagging or twisting during retraction.
The leash belt itself is made of sturdy and robust nylon material, which makes it tear-resistant and dirt-resistant.
Light-reflecting strips are sewn into the nylon belt on both the left and right sides. When illuminated, these provide greater visibility in the dark as well as in poor weather conditions. This increases the safety for your dog.
The snap hook located at the end of the leash is made of chrome-plated metal and is attached to the dog's collar or harness. The 360° rotation of the carabiner supports the dog'

Tracking & Notifications
Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation immediately, your order is still being processed and will arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Shipping Cost for Returns

We may provide a return shipping label for your return. If the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong item, a damaged item, or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to the customer’s reason, such as ordering the wrong item, changing your mind, or no longer needing the item, the original shipping fee and the return label fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
If a return is sent back without prior contact or without using our provided label, we cannot be held responsible for any return shipping costs or delivery issues.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if shipped independently.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:

- Mail-in returns using our prepaid label are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.
