1.Unscrew the screws from both sides of the metal hinges
2.Pry the headband and headband rubber off
3.Remove the headband and the headband rubber
4.Insert the new headband into the hinges on both sides of the headphones
5.Clip the headband rubber onto the headband, then screw the screws into the hinges
