- The cart is easy to assemble and drives freely along the black track, with a photoresistor detecting the direction. You can lay complex markings on the floor with black electrical tape for added fun.
- For circuit mounting, solder resistors, an IC socket, switches, potentiometers, transistors, capacitors and ?3.0 LEDs to the board as per the diagram. Attach the battery holder with proper polarity, add wheels and solder 5.0 LEDs and a photoresistor on the back, 5mm from the wheel. Check the LEDs with two AA batteries, if they do not light up, fix the polarity. Once it works, turn it off and wait for it to be used.
- When mechanical assembly, mount silicone tires on wheels, attach them to gear motor shafts with screws, prepare wires to the motors by tinning and soldering, then attach motors to the circuit board according to the layout, and finally solder the motor wires to the board.
- Test the vehicle by turning "ON", the 1st, 7th and 4th Connect the pin of the 8 pin IC and make sure the gear motor rotates forward, adjust if necessary. If the motor does not rotate, check the transistor and the 10 ohm resistor. Insert the LM393 chip, turn it on, and use the potentiometer to follow the vehicle a black line using the included track or black tape as an orientation.
