This shift knob (SK011) was originally made as a custom order for a Rat Rod where a small knob would not do.

Tips
The resin used sands, drill, and mills easily to custom fit to fenders, hoods, dashboard or whatever.
With most vehicles, the inserts are straight up from the bottom. Harley and Indian shifters need to be installed at an angel to sit level and have left and right hand shifter. Please keep this in mind when ordering, even if its for your car or truck. The insert can be custom fitted at no additional charge.
Thread size can often be found online or take existing knob to hardware store for proper fitment.
