**BackCountry Iron's Cast Iron Pre-Seasoned Square Grill** is rugged, hand- made using a proprietary metallurgical alloy, and is seasoned using our company's blend of the finest food grade oils available to ensure you've got the best quality skillet on the market. We take pride in our products and focus on quality and craftsmanship before all else. You'll find that your foods sear evenly and your foods cook with more consistency than with other cast iron dutch ovens, skillets, and kitchenware, and other products.
If you look closely at the surface of the pan, you'll find that the surface is comprised of iron micro-globuals, a technological improvement invented in- house to ensure that the seasoning on your pan adheres easily and quickly. We've used the same design care in selecting and manufacturing a protective mitt for the pan, ensuring that our nylon based cloth handles are comfortable to hold, easy to slide-on and slide-off, and are extremely protective for your skin.

Tracking & Notifications
Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation immediately, your order is still being processed and will arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Shipping Cost for Returns

If the return is due to the customer’s reason, such as ordering the wrong item, changing your mind, or no longer needing the item, the original shipping fee and the return label fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
If a return is sent back without prior contact or without using our provided label, we cannot be held responsible for any return shipping costs or delivery issues.

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if shipped independently.
