Installation Preparation:
  • Step 1: Choose a location with high insect density, close to an electrical outlet and easy serviceability.
  • Step 2: Do not install the lamp near any competing light sources, such as bright sunlit windows, indoor lighting fixtures.
  • Step 3: Install the lamp at least 70” high from the floor to avoid direct visual contact with the LED light.
  • Step 4: The distance between the lamps and the ceiling should be 24” or more for maximum light attraction.

  • Installation Instruction:
  • Step 1: Lift the front shell and remove the LED bulbs to avoid causing damage to them during the installation.
  • Step 2: Hold the back plate against the wall. Determine the installation location and mark the screws’ locations with a pencil.
  • Step 3: Drill holes on the marked locations and insert the plastic drywall anchors.
  • Step 4: Install the backplate using the included screws to the anchors. Level the back plate and then tighten the screws.
  • Step 5: Install the bulbs and the sticky glue board. Note that the sticky side of the board should be facing the bulbs.
  • Step 6: Connect the power cord to the power outlet.

    Tracking & Notifications

    Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation immediately, your order is still being processed and will arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

    Order Changes & Cancellations

    If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they ship. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may request a return after the item is delivered.

    Order Cancellation Policy

    Refund Processing

    Once your return is received and inspected:

    • In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.
    • Mail-in returns using our prepaid label are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.

    Please allow:

    • 5–7 business days for the return to reach our Returns Center.
    • An additional 3–10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
